The festival also featured electrifying concerts with live music, calisthenics, and countless activities for the little ones in our Kids Competition. The energy was incredible, the atmosphere was vibrant, and the spirit of community was palpable. The Cooking Competition at the La7 Sports Apex Fitness Festival and Expo was a culinary extravaganza, featuring expert guidance and judgement by the top three chefs from the Cooking School. Our clients enjoyed a delectable array of dishes, including creamy risotto, perfectly grilled steak, and flavorful chicken pasta, made specifically for the children who had a vital role in meticulously selecting the ingredients. Sponsored by Seafood Factory, the event also showcased premium seafood, making for a vibrant and interactive cooking experience. The competition concluded with a special closing ceremony, exclusively led by La7 coaches, who added a final touch of excitement to the event.

The excitement continued with ELFIT Strongman and Calisthenics events, featuring awe-inspiring feats for strength and agility, and the ELFIT Juniors brought a dynamic energy with their own impressive displays of athleticism.

They offered an impressive lineup of classes, including spinning, Pilates, Power Yoga, Full-body strength workouts, Yin yoga, and special sessions for kids and teens. During the La7 Sports Apex Fitness Festival and Expo, the Padel tournament, powered by SR Padel and sponsored by Egypt Premier Padel, featured high-energy matches with competitive rallies that kept the audience on the edge of their seats. Players gave it their all, aiming for top spots on the leaderboard and prizes for first, second, and third places, with a total prize money of 150,000 EGP up for grabs. The spirited competition and passion on display made the tournament a standout event, highlighting the skill and dedication of our clients.

On the second day, the festival concluded with the “Get Loud with Muhab” closing ceremony concert, featuring Muhab, whose captivating rap music brought the perfect finale to the event. Both concerts were a thrilling mix of inspiring lyrics and fun rhythms, leaving the crowd buzzing with excitement and ending the festival on a high note.
The La7 Sports Apex Fitness Festival and Expo featured an exciting dance competition, hosted by GoodSpace’s founders, Layla Ghaleb and Shoukry, who energized the crowd with a dynamic dance class and thrilling performances. As part of the GoodGames event lineup, dancers showcased their talents in Afro dancehall and open style choreography, bringing an infectious energy to the stage. With DJ TD spinning beats and five judges evaluating the routines, the competition was fierce, culminating in an electrifying event closing party. Dancers battled it out for a share of the 30,000 EGP prize money, making it an unforgettable experience for participants and spectators alike.
